Wild Sour with Plums

Brewed with Bradshaw Plums from Oyama in the Okanagan, Horace spent over a year in a 6000L oak foudre, The result is a softly sour beer with a deep and dark fruit character. This is the 3rd and final in our series of Foudre aged sour beers.

Strange Fellows Brewing 'Horace' Wild Sour with Plums @ 8.0% , served from a 750 ml bottle , 3rd limited 2020 Foudre Aged beer
A-pour is amber from bottle to glass with a small dissipating beige head leaving a minimal lace ring along the tulip , last pour is a dirty amber
S-potent , nice & smelly plums
T-tart , refreshing , easy drinking
MF-ok carbonation , doesn't feel full bodied
Ov-nice addition to the Foudre series of beers
