Appearance - Pours a copper with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - piney, citrus, earthy, and floral hops, pine resin, grapefruit and citrus peel, bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bitter piney, citrus, earthy, and floral hops upfront. The pine resin, grapefruit and citrus peel come through next. The bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky from the hops alongside a pleasant lingering bitterness from the pine resin and grapefruit peel.
Overall - A true West Coast IPA that delivers on all fronts. This one is a stand out. I haven't sampled many offerings from this brewery but this one is definitely a stand out collab. If you see this in your liquor store, don't hesitate to pick up a couple cans. I do quite enjoy the artwork on the can. Well done!

Poured from a 473ml can. 50 IBU's, HOPS Citra and Simco, MALT Rahr Pilsner, Medium Crystal, YEAST Chico
A collaboration with Quest Coast Brewery. From SF web site: Since Mr. Hip was last in town, brewer Regis Groleau has relocated to Brittany to start his own Microbrasserie – Ouest Coast Brewery.
A pretty nice BC West Coast IPA, very clean but not bitter at all .
