Bottle pour at the source.

A clear light yellow with a dense white head. The nose has a really lovely peach character, bright, jammy, ripe, fruity and with a nice inclusion of skin tannins. The base saison is mildly funky, complementing the fruit with a nice fermentation profile with soft esters. There is a rather pronounced lactic acidity that hinders drinkability, holding this back from the top tier out there. The peach expression on the palate is really, really deep with loads of ripe fruit, bright, clean and remarkably focused. Complemented nicely by the rich fermentation. Drying, fruity, tart, there's a mild lactic burn on the finish. Excellent.
