Cherry’s first blossoms flush branches with a fragrant blush. Spring is coming but won’t stay, so the falling blossoms say. Ruby fruity colour. Bottle pour.

This wild ale with cherries is a delightful seasonal offering, released June of 2021. The brewery’s adjectives are accurate: ‘tart, fruity, funny, spicy, bright, sour’. Highly recommended. In the summer of ‘21 it joined Four Winds’ ‘Apricity’ and Wind Ambition’s ‘Kelowna Weisse’ as the BC refreshing stars of the summer. I revisited a laid down bottle of this beer in May of ‘22 and the only discernible change is that it has lost its cloudiness and is is now brilliantly clear; otherwise it's just as good as released.
