Taster at the brewery
Appearance is golden yellow, very bright, fluffy white head, minimal retention but great lacing
Smell is corn flakes, victory malt, lots of hops, some biscuit, floral hints, faint lemon, and light caramel
Taste is malty cereal up front with a crisp piney hop bite in the finish, aftertaste leans towards grains, sharp crisp flavors throughout, I let it warm up and noticed some of those floral qualities come through in the flavor
Mouthfeel is a bit thin, strong carbonation and prickly but helps with the crispness, refreshing beer for the summer
Overall this was my favorite beer from this new brewery, not a bad deal at four dollars a pint too, would drink this again if I went back
