August 23rd, 2015 - Named after the comet, Halley's IPA is a complicated pour. It looks like an IPA, but is a bit hard to sniff. Maybe apple skins? But the flavor is very mild. I'm not sure what breed of hops went into this but it is mild and has some aromatic tobacco notes, an alcoholic aftertaste and something that smacks a bit of cleaning chemicals.
