May 13th, 2015 - T-Minus to sweetness, this is an intensely sugary beer, launching me to a short term future of diabetes. I exaggerate, but this brew could be a dessert course. Fresh and fruity in the aroma, it has a rich tropical vibe and lots of lychee and bubblegum, like a candy store on a Hawaiian island. The flavor resembles the aroma but on a lighter palate, with lots of graham cracker, white bread crust and an excessive sweetness. Off kilter, but clearly the recipe is moving in the right direction.
