March 17th, 2016 - Following the kettle sour at Mother Earth is the Tardigrade Tart (though hopefully low on actual water bears.) A calm and blushing brunette beer, it has a light peach aroma, with a syrupy thickness that expresses more as canned peaches and honey, and less like farm fresh peaches. The flavor is ghostly and almost invisible, and the taste almost bottoms out in the middle, but returns in the aftertaste with fresh peach skin and flesh, though with a strong plant-like flavor.
