August 12th, 2016 - Not sure where the name comes from - I doubt it is a reference to the Japanese word for "like" - but I do like this brew, overall. Soft and pillowy on the head, the aroma offers little depth. Just some low creamy coffee smells, but nothing extravagant. But the flavor is delightful, with lots of carbonation, and a core of chocolate with a cinnamon twist. The bitterness under the cocoa is also a master stroke, providing some spine to make this a delicious and well structured stout.
