A: The color is clear golden, while the tall light white head, settles quickly but leaves great lacings - spiderweblike.
S: The malt has notes of Adjunct, sadly. Not strong in any aspect, but nevertheless...
Hay, nettles and malt shares the arena with bitterhops. Some breadyness is also present.
T: Sweetness, almost candy-like, in the bready taste. Citric notes way in the back, they should have been more obvious. The Adjunct notes from the smell is gone. Some bitterness from the hops lures in the back.
M: Quenching and smooth, medium body. Rather strong carbonaton, but small bubbles make it bearable. The aftertaste is short but holds nice bitterness.
O: An Oktoberfest that is true to the style. Not very exciting, but not bad either. A nice try from Vimmerby to compete with the Bavarians.

The colour is golden yellow. The rather large foam builds a hard surface with a small crater.
The smell is mild with a sweet tone and a touch of buttery hops.
The carbonation is quite strong but it fades away quickly.
The overall taste is mild. The first flavour is sweet malt that develops into an increasing bitterness. The aftertaste is an uncomplex but balanced sweet-bitter mix.
A beer thats very easy to drink, and it works fine with a meal of sausages, potato salad and sauerkraut. An OK oktoberfest-beer.
