The colour is straw yellor; the airy white head is two fingers high. Some lacing occurs.
The smell is mild. Some notes of bread and a hint of dough and fruit.
The taste is clean and fresh with a sweet hint of French rolls and a touch of green apples. Some weak hints of yeast and minerals. Medium body. The aftertaste brings a slowly growing bitterness that still is quite mild in the finish. Hints of exotic fruits and minerals.
The carbonation is medium, the small bubbles are fresh. The liquid is light, but not watery.
Åbro are notorious for brewing very sweet and rather heavy (in a bd way) lagers. But this one wasn't too bad.
