The colour is dark amber (25 EBC), the two finger head is beige. The liquid is clear.

The smell is nutty and very sweet. Hints of band-aid and hospital (phenols). Some unusual fruity flavour. Ketchup?

The taste is malty. Lots of nuts. Red berries, Very low bitterness, almost no hop flavours. No noticeable alcohol. Full body. The aftertaste is somewhat short and dry with lots of sweet berries. The finish is short with a fine sweetness.

The carbonation is very mild, small bubbles. The liquid is surprisingly light.

A fine doppelbock. Perhaps a bit light, it might gain of some more alcohol.
