Brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops sourced from Garston Hops—the world's southernmost hop grower—this IPA is a crisp, modern take on the style. We've layered in Simcoe, Columbus Cryo, and Krush Cryo for bold bursts of resinous pine, citrus, and a chill bite that cuts clean through the palate. To finish, Peacharine hops from Freestyle Hops bring a bright stone fruit twist, adding nuance and tropical depth.
Expect brilliant clarity, a dry finish, and hop character as sharp and striking as the peaks of the Shadowy Mountains themselves.
What is a Cold IPA? A Cold IPA is a hybrid beer style that showcases hoppy, West Coast IPA characteristics but uses a lager yeast and cooler fermentation temperatures for a cleaner, crisper, and more bitter finish than a typical ale-fermented IPA.
