A blend of Crystal and Munich malts give this American Pale Ale just the right malt balance to compliment the assertive hop citrus aroma. Hopped with Chinook, Amarillo, Cascade and Northern Brewer.

Taster at brewery. Deep golden, clear and bright, small foamy head. Deep malty aroma with a touch of piney hops. Taste too is a well balanced mixture of malts and hops, smooth, bitter, tasty.

On-tap at the brewery.
A: Served a clear dark golden with an inch of oily and dense off-white head that faded to a wispy film. Rings of sticky lace were left down the glass.
S: C-hop nose with hints of pine mixed with citrus zest. Mild bready pale malt.
T: Follows the nose. Very crisp and clean flavors of lightly bitter citrus and greasy pine sap. There's a balancing and bready malt backbone that is crisp and refreshing. There's a light crackery taste in the finish that mixes with some lingering lemon and mild grapefruit bitterness in the aftertaste.
M: Light and crisp body, drying and very quaffable and refreshing. Tingly but fine carbonation made up of tight small bubbles.
O: Nice and refreshing. Very standard and easy to drink.
