West Coast IPA hopped generously with Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops resulting in robust tropical and citrus notes with some subtle dank and pine. A perfect blend and our flagship beer.

Taster at brewery. Looks the same as the rest, bright gplden. Hops take a more resinkus turn, citrus peel. Hoppy on the nose and palate, oranges with some white bread undercurrents. Solid.

Had this visiting Nevada City, Grass Valley and all that Northern California jazz in the summer of 2018.
Pours an amber color, immediately evoking thoughts of crystal malt and 100ibu bitter hop bombs. The aroma relies less on the caramel and more on the familiar pine and grapefruit rind combo indicative of C hops. Cascade and Centennial dominate the nose. The idea that Mosaic and Citra push any weight here is downright laughable.
Taste, look this isn't a bad ipa by any means, but its like they threw a few (literally) of the aforementioned proprietary hops in there, and then the other 95% are the bittering hops. Fine, its a taste I'm pretty familiar and down with caramel + pine + grapefruit rind, shit I love SNPA, but nonetheless, here we are. There is nothing off with this beer, it checks all the boxes, has a brisk carbonation level that is entirely appropriate. Just don't go looking for Mosaic and Citra hops here in any perceptible proportion.
