Labeled as a German Pils but really drinks like a very good Munich Helles. The hoppiness and hop bitterness is not there and the feel is much more on par with a helles. The maltiness is delicious but is too bready for the style. JCBC should rebrand this exact beer as a helles and I think they would clean up. But this misses as a German pils.
