A 330ml bottle, with a best before date of 16th September 2022. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden colour with a big three finger white head that had pretty good retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, hay, citrusy, grapefruit zest, lemon zest, orange marmalade, with light peppery notes.
Taste: Light to moderately bitter, lemon zest, orange, coriander, grass, hay, but felt a little watered down.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: The aroma was enjoyable, but the taste doesn’t really work for me as it wasn’t better than the average Belgian Wit, nor was it better than the average IPA. It just seemed a Iittle watered down to me.

Hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has coriander and other spicy and floral notes. Taste is bitter, yeasty, spicy and floral. Easy drinking with light body and medium carbonation.

On draught at the Delirium in Amsterdam, as I understand it's a collaboration beer, which is perhaps the source of confusion with https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/29070/118266/. Clear gold with small white head, big bubbles, foamy lace.
Smell is pithy fruit esters and just a little barnyard. Very appealing to my predilection towards Saison of this character.
Tasty is a bit more bretty, the pineapple esters accentuating the fruitiness of the hops, with the musty notes bringing out the substantial hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light and dry, highly digestible.
Drinakability is high, this is a world class beer that drinks great in its own and would be excellent with food. A few less IBUs would push it over the top.

From 2d2despuma. In Teku glass. Playing South Park Stick of Truth. Very drinkable. The glass emptied quickly, leaving my wanting more. Hoppy wit with some pleasant fruityness.
