Maple, Vanilla, Coffee Imperial Stout. The 100% pure maple syrup was shipped directly from Vermont, the vanilla was purchased in abundance from a local purveyor, and the coffee was roasted by @offical_mostracoffee to the specifics of this beer. It has the thickest mouthfeel we've ever produced and comes in at 12.5%.

A 500ml bottle with no clear bottled on or best before date. Poured into a snifter glass.
Appearance: Dark brown to black in colour with a very thin brown head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.
Aroma: Pancakes, maple syrup, roast, coffee, chocolate and vanilla with hints of toffee.
Taste: Sweet, maple syrup, roastiness, coffee, milk chocolate, vanilla and toffee. Finish is lightly bitter which tries to balance the sweetness at the beginning.
Mouthfeel: Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
Overall: On the verge of being too sweet while cool, but as it warmed to a more reasonable Imperial Stout temperature, the intensity burst through and I felt that it became way too sweet with lots of strong maple flavours and toffee pushing through. The coffee, vanilla and bitterness were nice, but weren’t strong enough themselves to balance the intense sweetness and bring it back in line. Too sweet for me. I’d drink this cold, but that probably not the temperature it was intended to be drank at.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells pretty wonderful - with moderately sweet dark maple aromas, smokey and roasty coffee, vanilla creaminess, and tons of sweet fudgy chocolate.
This does a decent job at providing a good balance between sweet and bitter. It seems likely that they chose a very bitter and roasty coffee to balance out the sweet and syrupy maple infusion. The coffee appears to be all dark chocolate and smoke, and plays against the sweet and sticky maple character really quite well. There's a big fudgy and thick chocolate-heavy base stout underneath it all.
This is thick, and slightly syrupy, with a decent level of drinkability.
This is a fairly well done adjunct stout - providing decadent pastry sweetness with a nice balancing bitterness.

Smoky yet sugary maple candy dominates in this sticky beer. A firm froth fails to soften the burning heat and cloying sweetness through the middle, but there's somehow a bitter, woody semi-dry finish. A nutty, sharp espresso roast lies somewhere in the background, but this is one flamboyant mother.

2018 500ml bottle poured cellar temp hard to a tulip glass. Color is inky dark brown / black. Frothy one-finger mocha head that burns down to a tiny ring. Some light lacing on swirls. Nose is subdued maple and vanilla. First sips are sweet maple, not cloying, with a full taste of vanilla and a little back-end of coffee. Very smooth, creamy mouthfeel. You get a tiny twang of anise on the back-end which is interesting. Alcohol has no bite, but brings a lot of warmth, heightened by the maple and vanilla flavors. Too easy to throw back fast, but for the price you’ll want to savor it for as long as possible. As it warms, it’s like drinking velvety, boozy maple syrup. So good.
2020-06-14 update. Poured moderately hard, cold to a tulip glass. Fair amount of maple in the nose still. Less vanilla. Maple on the tongue, with more coffee and barrel coming forward. In a sense, it seems more “aggressive” than my first takes fresh. Still very enjoyable.

Review is for bottled Maple Mornings.
Maple Mornings on draft is almost always a 4-4.5/5 every time I have it on draft, the bottled version is no Maple Mornings as the beer has sour, astringent taste and is clearly infected.

Great blend of sweet maple and vanilla with an earthy coffee bitterness to balance it out. Very reminiscent of Irish coffee
Very well done and not overly sweet like others

Strong Maple aroma, the maple flavor is obviously there along with some hints of vanilla, not too boozy even though this beer has more than 12 ABV, overall is a great beer; they should bottle it

On tap at Abnormal Beer Company on 02/24/18. Massive maple aroma followed by maple syrup flavor up front with dark roast coffee and a hint of vanilla on the back end.
