Because we never believed only certain yeast strains could make Haze-Style IPAs we wanted to run an experiment and use something that could switch things up a bit. We took our New Money IPA recipe and used Belgian yeast strain. It still has the haze and mouthfeel of New Money but with added fruity esters from the different yeast strain. Hopped with Blanc and Mosaic.

Such a unique and delicious beer. It's a super hazy pour, with a thin, dense head. Aroma is a really interesting combo of juicy IPA and spicy, Belgian yeast esters. Taste is a ton of tropical fruits, a great spicy, fruity yeast notes with a great, slightly bitter finish. Exactly what you'd expect from Abnormal. Innovating a style, making you stop and think about their beer.
