Imperial Stout brewed with Ghanaian Cacao Nibs and 7 lbs of Strawberry Purée per keg. We did this beer with @theanswerva and is our Valentine's Day specialty brew.

Really enjoyed the strawberry flavor as this warmed. It stayed subtle but tasted authentic. This is first and foremost a roasty stout than pure dessert.

Pour at the Modern Times Carnival of Caffeination. This is a pretty well-made beer, but I just wasn't crazy about the strawberries. They served this with optional whipped cream, which I passed on.
