Collaboration with Firestone Walker Brewing Company
Imperial stout brewed with Mostra Coffee.
Coming up next, another collaboration born out of our Abnormal Bee Dinner Series! This time we teamed up with Firestone Walker, the first brewery we did a beer dinner with, to tackle another coffee stout. We took some grain they like to work with, added a 4-hr boil, and then teamed up with Mostra Coffee to round it all out. The result is a very approachable coffee forward beer, with both the grain bill and the coffee creating a symphony on your palate. Cheers!
