Look: Pours like chocolate syrup into a dense, opaque dark brown body. Half a finger of light brown head with no retention.
Smell: Strong strawberry and chocolate brownie scent. Light sourness.
Taste: Exactly like a chocolate brownie! The aftertaste is mildly roasted like coffee. Sweet, but not cloying. No real bitterness of note.
Mouthfeel: Full and smooth, with minor carbonation.
Overall: An outstanding dessert beer that manages to provide a powerful, sweet taste without being overpowering.
