Our latest take on a traditional European Lager brings us to Germany. This classic German-style Lager uses Pilsner Malt for a mild cracker-like character. Noble hops, Hallertau Blanc, Northern Brewer and Czech Saaz, give this an earthy hop presence with a moderate bitterness. This beer is sure to transport you to your favorite German Beer Hall. Stein not included. Prost!

Clear golden body with visible carbonation and a white head. Hops dominate the nose: grass and earth mostly, cracker malts support. Taste also is on the way hoppy side of the spectrum, wispy cracker is the only counter as the yeast is barely there. The feel however is spot on for a crisp, higher carbonated, dry pilsner that would be perfect to crush on a hot day.

Pretty good. Clear golden yellow body. Bread, floral and a bit of sweet biscuit. Crisp floral and a touch grassy bitterness on the backend. Medium lighter body, goes down easy.

Like, yeah… A German beer for Raul like a bratwurst for a hungry baby. And it’s ok. Like, ok when the sun is shining down and you remembered your Banana Boat. Umm, I don’t know... I’m totally content, but I’m not stoked. Tim Tebow on one knee this beer is not. It’s more like Kordell Stewart connecting on a 9 yard pass.
