We teamed up with Black Plague Brewing Co. to create this Hoppy Wheat Ale featuring Omega’s new yeast strain, Star Party. This particular yeast strain features Thiols, a compound most commonly found in Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Aromas of passion fruit, gooseberries and stone fruit are complemented by the New Zealand Nelson, Wai-iti and Moutere hops alongside Citra Cryo.

beautiful fluorescent yellow color! nice carbonation with NZ hops.
