Hints of bittersweet chocolate. Not as sweet or thick as a Vienna Lager, this is it's own style (in the Czech tradition). Poured from a 16 oz can into a IPA style glass about 1 month after canning. Nice thickish head. I liked this beer the more I drank of it, which is a good thing!
