The West Coast Pilsner is a new style merging a German Pilsner with the dry hopping of a West Coast IPA. This keeps things light and crisp while giving us the freedom to cram in some bold notes of citrus and dank pine. To lock in all of that incredible flavor, we fermented under pressure to create a traditional carbonation profile and lagered the beer before dry hopping under pressure. Featuring ungodly amounts of Saaz, Simcoe, Citra and their cryo counterparts. Pairs well with pushing the envelope.
