Clear coppery red brew with virtually no foam in the small chalice. Barely a prickly of carbonation. Sweet and tart. I'm thinking bread 'n' butter pickles.
Quite spicy with nutmeg and cinnamon, and a touch of ginger that adds a little heat. Sugary finish. I with this wasn't so sweet. Even some fizz would help this a lot. On tap at The Brew Project in Hillcrest.
