Pours a nearly clear yellow with plenty of foam in the narrow Zunft Kölsch glass. This brew is supposed to be made with a fruit salad of pineapple, passion fruit, tangerine, mango, and banana. Aroma is fruity, though nothing stands out, but some nose of banana and the whiff of acidity.

Really pleasant fruit mix and I wouldn't have thought I'd like banana but it does stand out a little. It even has some malty sweetness along with the sharp.

This is about the most drinkable Berlinerweiss I've had, which means it may not be much to the liking of the seriously sour enthusiasts. But I think it's just tart enough to be refreshing without setting your teeth on edge. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at the brewery tasting room in Ocean Beach.
