Will winter stick around, or is spring on the horizon? Either way, our Groundhog Day IPA is here to keep you company! Brewed with Simcoe & Idaho 7 hops, this crisp, citrusy, and slightly piney IPA brings a taste of sunshine—whether or not the groundhog sees its shadow.

Poured from a crowler I got yesterday at the brewery into a dimpled mug.
Appearance: darkish golden hue with a moderately heavy haze and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: crackery, slightly grainy malt with an earthy hop aroma and perhaps just a little bit of citrus character.
Taste: rather like the aroma, it's earthy and citrusy (perhaps moreso than the aroma -- some lemon and some grapefruit peel), with a moderately sweet and somewhat bready malt base.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a decent enough American IPA, though maybe nothing to write home about.
