Pours light brown, smells of a musky floral caramel. Tastes of wood, a bit of herbs, bitter in the good way.

32oz growler from Outer Light. Pours a chesnutty brown with a half inch of head. Semi translucent at the bottom. Lots of lacing. The aroma is sweet citrus with some floral hops and maybe some nuts. The taste is light citrus hops with hints of tropical fruit followed up by brown sugar and caramel. Earthy with some bread crust towards the end. More hops at the finish with some stone fruit notes mixed in with the citrus and pine. Maybe a hint of melon. Hard to pinpoint all the flavors I'm getting but it all blends well together nicely. Medium bodied. Overall, a good twist on the style I'd buy again.
