Excuses For Family Functions DIPA showcases two of our favorite hops: Ekuanot (found in SUBduction IPA) and Idaho 7 (which makes up half the hops in Cloudbreak DIPA). What happens when you combine the two? A dank, pungent, flavor explosion that tastes like pine, orange peel, and a slap in the face. You probably need that slap anyway if you're skipping family functions. Shame on you!

Pours clear, gold in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is grapefruit and grain. Medium bodied, bitter, with moderate carbonation. Makes for an above average ipa that keeps me interested in the brewery.
