For every case of Outsider India Pale Ale sold. Outer Light will plant one pine tree.
Outsider is made with organic El Dorado and Simcoe hops. It is light and refreshing with both tropical and stone fruit flavors backed by notes of earth and pine.
We believe we are the first CT brewery to offer a certified organic beer. There is another certified brewery in CT; however, they currently only contract for an out of state brewery. From concept to packaging, this has taken us nearly 1 year to accomplish. Organic certification is a daunting process for a small business. Distribution will be limited.
