A: slight haze; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a splotchy cap; nice lacing;
S: floral, pineapple, and grapefruit;
T: floral for a moment, then floral and pineapple juice through the finish; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: easy drinking;

Picked this beer up at the brewery a few months ago. Its been cold since then , but had forgotten I had a can. So Im off for the review now.
the beer is in a 12 oz can and I am pouring into a snifter. Pours with a slight haziness to it and is a goldenrod to copper color with a fluffy french vanilla colored head of 2.5 cm of foam after a slightly aggressive pour. The foam is fading gradually leaving some craters and windowpane lattice on the glass.
The aroma is rich and citrusy with orange and pineapple and some lemon notes too. I also get a little bit of biscuity malt note, but the citrus fruity hop note carries the day.
First sip reveals a medium to light body with fine and gentle carbonation. the texture is soft and light and the beer drinks very easy.
The flavor is similar to the nose, I get citrus notes but also a bit of drying hopbite on each swallow. Very grapefruit rind note here. No hint of the ABV anywhere. there is a bit of the biscuity malt on each mouthful, but lingering bitterness after each swallow.
A pretty good IPA. may have had bolder citrus notes several weeks ago, but I am still enjoying this and the crisp bite on the finish is pretty nice.
