Head for the Hills - Galaxy

Welcome to the first act in our 3 part mini hop opera series, Head for the Hills Galaxy. We started with the same malt base for all three beers, giving you a soft, silky mouthfeel, letting each hop shine. Each beer is then double dry hopped to perfection. These beers showcase the Norwegian farmhouse yeast strain Kviek, producing a complex ester profile and tropical fruit aromas. Adding Galaxy hops for this first act brings out a bright tropical aftertaste, with flavors of peach, passionfruit and citrus notes throughout. Stay tuned for its release next week. Act 2 will feature the hop Motueka, and act 3 will feature Citra, coming at you starting in early November. Collect all 3!
