One thing to love about brewing with Motueka is that it's somewhat of a dual-purpose hop, added for flavor and aroma. The aroma is refreshing and pleasant, but what's really to love is the flavor profile. Motueka's notes of tropical fruit and citrus with a sweet and mild strawberry finish, are consciously highlighted by the use of the Kveik yeast we have been utilizing in this series.

A: hazy; deep gold in color; 1 finger finely pored ivory head that receded to a thin cap; little lacing;
S: earthy, orange, and lemon;
T: earthy lime from start to finish; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
