Another addition to our growing list of cocktail-inspired sours, mimicking a classic Puerto Rican favorite: the Piña Colada. We used fresh pineapple juice for the tropical tartness and real toasted coconut flakes to bring it all together... tiny umbrella and spot on the beach not included... for obvious reasons.
