Initially, this comes across as a very tasty and expressive NE-style IPA. Very quickly, however, the dankness quickly turns dirty and pungent, a flavor that is anathema to my preferences, and not something I think most IPA drinkers enjoy - even those who love a dank, green hop expression. This is exacerbated as the beer warms.
Mouthfeel is absolutely superb. Outer Light occasionally dip their toes into the NE IPA game (more frequently as of late), and it's not their forte - but they absolutely nail the mouthfeel this time around.
Drink this one cold and drink it fast. It's certainly a very tasty beer right after the pour, but for me, that dirty pungency starts to ruin the beer over time.
