not actually fruited i dont think, fruity because there are actual gummy bears in this, weird but thats whats hot right now, making beer with candy and cereal and all sorts of junk, this is less offensive than most of them, a beer i can actually drink, its neither too sweet nor too sour, which are good recipe decisions, and it does retain some beer character, crisp and tangy lemony lactic souring, some malt body and biscuity taste at the center of it, and even though its light on hops and yeast, its more than just candy in the glass thankfully. a little hazy, pale rusty colored, short white head on top fading out quickly. aroma here is somewhat muted, citrus, lemon and orange, come to the fore, pineapple candy, a little sweetness, some lightly toasted grain, clean pucker. the flavor is more bold, i get the gummy bears for sure, a sort of tangy fruit punch vibe to this overall, less intense than expected, but weirdly i also get like the artificial color thing as it warms, some almost chemical bitterness which is a major turnoff from an otherwise pretty well made beer, the sour on its own is good before the gummy bears, that is obvious. lemon on the swallow with the more apparent candy character as it warms, good carbonation, somewhat quick finishing for what it is. this is better than expected and better than most, i just am never going to be in love with beers made with candy. this is somewhat clever though, its not overdone, and i can see the appeal...

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
