A collaboration with a local Christmas tree farm (Yetter Tree Farm of Mystic, CT), this is one of the better implementations of incorporating pine flavor into an IPA. Having had Long Trails Evergreen before, Yetter Watch Out is less like brushing your teeth with a pine tree and more of a pine up front flavor with a good classic west coast IPA flavor profile that lingers, with residual hints of pine. Outer Light actually uses white spruce needles from the tree farm in the boil, and it left me far more impressed than I have been with other similar brews.
