Bright, juicy tropical and citrus fruit flavors with strong hop aroma from Amarillo, El Dorado and Citra hops. Smooth, subtle bitterness and a clean finish.

Kinkaider Brewing Co. "Dragon Juice"
12 fl oz. can seemingly without production codes or freshness dating
Look: A hazy golden body rests beneath a thumb’s width of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Sweetish malt with what appears to be oats and wheat alongside floral, citrusy, and tropical hops with some peach.
Taste: The flavor follows with more flavor as usual but nothing additional. A restrained bitterness balances it leaving it lightly sweet up front and drier in the finish.
Feel: Medium bodied and gently crisp and then smooth.
Overall: A great example of the juicy NE IPA style.

12oz can. Poured out a hazy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of orange, grapefruit, caramel and resin. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
