Citrusy, piney, with hints of pear and mango aromas will jump out at you before you take your first sip. A nice copper color is secondary in this beer - letting the hops take the lead. Calypso hops are PROMINENT in this beer with additions of Citra and Galaxy.

NITRO pour.
16 oz pint houses a hazy straw colored body with a nice 1 inch head "that could float a bottle cap"(says the menu). Head dissipates with spotted lacing
Citrus hop aroma is complimented by piney, almost grassy, notes.
The taste matches the aroma with a touch of mango. No hop bite as per the style.
Mouthfeel is creamy leaning heavy and the finish is smooth Citra hop.
A nice beer.

Taste: Bitter, piney, dry herbal notes, yet smooth finish. Hoppy herb nose. Gold/Amber in color, mostly cloudy, with a cream colored head that has a refined bubbled lace. Medium/lite body. Nitro version keep it smooth.
