Acidic and bready aroma is up front on the nose, with a clean lactic sour bite on the tongue. Very light and refreshing, served with woodruff and pomegranate syrups in the brewery if you need to cut the sourness.

Pours a dark amber tinged bronze color. Pretty clear. Think off white head dissipates steadily leaving no residual head or lacing.
Smell is a bit funky with some grain and cereal coming through. Tinged with a mild citrus, but subtly so.
Taste is straight up fink and cereal/grain. It actually tastes like cherios with some funky tartness. Not great. Its does at least have a dry finish with a lingering tartness.
Feel is light and crisp with a nice tartness that provides a puckering sensation. Dry finish primes you for the next sip. Medium carbonation.
Overall this is alright - not one I'd pick up again.

Aroma is citrus, milk/lactic acid and sour fruit. The flavor is fruit, mild lactic acid, wheat/a hint of wheat bread and an earthy/tart/sour/slightly sweet finish.
