Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Noon Whistle Brewing tap room on June 7, 2018. As you drink this mild sour, you will get fresh hops throughout. The lead hop is Simcoe, followed by Galaxy and finished with a little Hallertau Blanc. The combination of mild bitterness and sour makes for a light and very refreshing beer

12oz can from @1up. Nothing really stood out in the nose - some light lemon and grapefruit. It had a slightly unpleasant flavor, slight tartness on back end. Not recommended.

On the dry side but not lacking in flavor, slightly sweet, starts out sour with a notes of citrus and grapefruit. A hint of hops towards the end for a mellow finish on the smoother side. Im just getting really into sours and this one is worth a try if you find it.

Overall a really nice 12oz canned sour ale. Golden brown, moderate carb and real smooth. This beer is big tart upfront, juicy grapefrefruit flesh mid palette and a kiss of hops at the end. Really well done and a steal for a 9.99 4pk of 12oz cans. Those sour or wild ale fans should definitely give this one a chance!

On tap at Noon Whistle
A: a cloudy light orange in color. Clear white head that dwindled but left some sticky lacing throughout.
S: a nice citrus and earthy combination, with just a hint of the impending sour.
T: not an in your face sour, but nicely tart with a nice citrusy base and a touch of either mango or passion fruit.
M: light bodied and entirely way to drinkable, could see tipping several of these back.
O: really nice, not overly complex but would highly recommend.
