Light golden with a red hue. Aromas of grapes acidity, bready malt. Cabernet flavors, with mild sour acidity and a briney finish. Mouthfeel is light crisp and salty.

Poured from a cape and corked 750 ml bottle #230/475 into a Lost Abbey Teku:

A:a hint of pink behind the slightly cloudy yellow. A small lingering head.
S: tart sour with a hint of the wood from the cab barrels. It still smells freshly sour.
T: a good amount of sour with a hint of salt? Can certainly tast the effect of the 6 months in the Cabernet barrels.
M: a slight puckering effect which is good, and a touch more body than the regular Gose Smack.
O: this is just below outstanding, I will be trying to get more of this if I can to see what it does over time, highly recommend.
