Appearance: Pours a pale and cloudy orange color. Mild, zesty head.
Aroma: Heavy guava and papaya on the nose. Little bit of strawberry. Really different than American hop tropical flavors
Flavor: Strong delicious guava flavor. Almost perfume. Sourness too, but not overwhelming. Mostly sweet. Tons of salt on the back end drying out the palate. Alcohol is well-hidden.
Feel: Medium bodied. Mild carbonation. Drinks smooth. Tons of flavor, and sweet>sour, but the salt finishes it dry.
Overall: Quite delicious guava flavor here. Unique and different than American hop flavors. Well-rounded, tons of flavor for the lower ABV. Could use a little more carbonation perhaps.
