750ml pour is a hazy bronze colored body floats a 1/4in light cream colored head.
Oak barrel aromas blend with bready malt. This makes for a very enjoyable, and sharable, experience. Is it bourbon? Yes. Is it sour? Yes.
Flavor is lactic sour with a citric touch and a yeast hint.
Mouthfeel is lighter but leans medium with a dry, almost astringent, finish.
Well done.

Bourbon barrell aged in Heaven Hills barrels. The bourbon taare is prominent both up front and as a gently lingering aftrrtaste. The typical berliner weisse tart taste pops up in between.
The bourbon becomes more prominent as it warms up.
