Appearance - pours jet black with thin mocha colored head that dissipates to a thin ring around the glass. No lacing.
Aroma - Lots of dark baker's chocolate, light sour aroma, lemon and light raspberry.
Taste - Really explodes with flavor, more than the nose let's on. Really balanced flavors of tart lemon/lime, rich chocolate, roasted malts, light coffee. Really great balance of chocolate and sour.
Feel - Light bodied, tart prickly bite light easy drinking with a nice dry finish.
Overall - Really liked this much more than I thought I would. Very complex balanced flavors great job getting the chocolate, sour notes all in and work together.

Taste: Deep roasted malts, cocoa, mix of tart fruit and wild mild sour notes. Same with the nose. Dark brown, mostly opaque, with a delicate lace on the head. Medium body.
