Thanks to sblickem for sending this can! Reviewed from (very) long-standing notes. Poured from a 12 oz. can into an El Catador Barrel-Aged glass.
A: Hazy gold with a big fluffy three-finger white head with good staying power. Quite a bit of visible carbonation as well.
S: Tropical fruits, mango, tangerine, and pine. Some melon and resinous dank as well. Biscuit malts, but no caramel to speak of. Decent enough, I suppose.
T: Tropical fruits, sweet melon, berries, and dank. Oranges and piney resin. Some biscuit sweetness from the malts, but again no caramel which is nice. Juicy tropical fruity and citrus pith bitterness in the hang.
M: A full mouthfeel without being heavy. Good carbonation sensation, and average alcohol presence.
O: About five or six years ago, this would have blown me away. Nice hop flavors, a hefty bitterness without being obnoxious or taking the naked-alpha acid approach. It’s not the NEIPA that Trillium or Monkish would limit the IPA world to, but this is a solid, if perhaps old-school, approach to an IPA. But I’m old-school enough to really enjoy a bitter IPA. Solid thumbs up from me.

Pours a hazy gold color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Decent retention and decent lacing. Smells of piney hops, citrus hops, slight alcohol, hint of pale malt, and slight alcohol. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is a strong dryness and noticeable bitterness. Tastes of piney hops, citrus hops, slight alcohol, hint of pale malt, slight citrus, hint of sweet malt, and slight alcohol. Overall, average appearance and feel, but good aroma, body, and complexity.

L - Cloudy, straw-colored topped with only a finger and a half of tight white foam despite an aggressive pour from the wide mouth can.
S - Blast of pineapple (no need to sniff n' search) backed up by citrus rind and grass.
T - Pithy bitterness with a slight citrus in the finish.
F - Smooth and light bodied
O - Easy drinking, good IPA and always good to support the local guys.

Nice, dry-finishing ipa with a firm bitterness and fruity aroma and taste. Just a slight hint of diacetyl, but not off-putting. Solid.
