Bourbon Face Smack is our barrel-aged Berliner Weiss. Acidic, bready hints on the nose with clean, lactic sour bite on the tongue, finishing with notes of Bourbon from the barrels.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Noon Whistle Brewing taproom on June 7, 2018. Acidic, bready hints on the nose with clean, lactic sour bite on the tongue, finishing with notes of Bourbon from the barrels.
