A refreshingly light-bodied Brut India Pale Ale featuring Mosaic and Citra hops, with a bubbly and effervescent mouthfeel, rounded out by a dry, crisp finish, similar to the sensation from the fizzy bubbles of a glass of champagne.

They missed the mark on the 'Brut IPA' as inspiration; this beer is bitter and grassy with more pine resin notes than anything bubbly and champagne like, not sweet at all, nor fruity but super dry. Sad day for Noon Whistle :(
